Human Frontier & Riftveil Advanced
From your own frontier to an accountable decision
Both workshops, joined by one real decision from your work. In the morning you ask whether a human should have stopped; in the afternoon you establish what must be checked, and by whom. Afterwards, you record how the decision was finally taken.

Who it is for
Teams and professionals who sign, approve or pass on AI-assisted work and want both the awareness and the method: managers and their teams, legal and compliance, finance, regulated professions, leadership teams. Anyone who already holds one Essentials certificate completes the programme with the other workshop.
Learning objectives
All the objectives of Human Frontier Essentials and Riftveil Essentials, plus:
- Follow one real decision through both workshops: place it in a zone, decide whether a human should have paused, then review the AI output behind it on five levels and assign each open assumption to a named verifier.
- Write one commitment that links the two halves: the test criterion at the moment of signing, and Riftveil Lite on a named output type.
- After the workshops, record on the training platform how that decision was finally taken: what was checked, by whom, what stayed open, what was decided.

Five moments are never cut: the opening, the diagnostic, “review it yourself”, the report and the closing. On two half-days, each half follows its own Essentials programme. Times are indicative.
The common thread: one real decision
In the morning each participant marks one recent decision in which AI played a part. In the afternoon, the AI output behind it is the one they review. After the workshop, they record how the decision was finally taken. If the two workshops are taken in the other order, the output reviewed in Riftveil Essentials becomes one of the three decisions tested in Human Frontier Essentials. The thread holds either way.
How it is taught
Every exercise runs in the same order: alone and in silence, then at the table, then with the whole room. Nobody is asked to share their own result, their own decisions or their own documents. A quiet corner is available for anyone who prefers not to discuss their own work in public.

How learning is checked
- In the room, as for each Essentials workshop, for the session as a whole and never by name.
- The Advanced certificate is issued once both Essentials certificates are held and the decision record has been completed on the training platform.
- Follow-up on day 1, day 7 and day 30.
Confidentiality
- The decision record belongs to you and contains no confidential detail: choice fields and one sentence in your own words.
- Your organisation receives attendance and an aggregated, anonymous summary, never an individual result, output or record.
- The public verification page shows only the holder’s name, the certificate and its date.
What this programme is not
Not a longer version of the same content: the morning builds awareness, the afternoon gives a method, and the thread decision joins them. The certificate records a completed programme. It does not certify a competence and does not make an organisation compliant with any regulation. It can form part of the record an organisation keeps of the measures it takes to develop AI literacy.
